Charlie has had a rich career in mobile product development. He led mobile strategy, product and project delivery for many blue chip brands such as ESPN, Tesco, Lloyds Banking Group and BSkyB.
With over 7 years experience, Charlie has a keen eye for new trends and has the ability to pinpoint opportunities in the mobile sector. Identifying the rapid growth of mobile photography, he raised funding and created three print-on-demand apps: HuggleUp, PosterUp and ZenCam.
He went on to create KITE, the technology platform that underpins the success of all three apps. His vision for KITE is to help developers and businesses grow through embracing the digital-to-physical revolution. By providing the right tools, KITE can help turn their apps and websites into sustainable revenue generators.
Graduating with a Masters in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, Tom jumped into the technology industry at ReportLab, a London-based open source software house. Here he fell in love with product development and learned to code under the mentorship of some of the UK's foremost programmers.
Tom stays true to his scientific background, championing a methodical and experimental approach to product development. Working at KITE fosters his passion for innovation and continual learning; solving real world problems with new technology is the icing on the cake.
Having started his career delivering enterprise solutions for BP, Pfizer, EMAP and Nissan, Fionn then moved to Ericsson where he contributed to the build of their first mobile shop. He then joined Grapple Mobile, delivering apps for brands including News International, Lloyds Banking Group, JustEAT and Avon.
Now heading up business development at KITE, Fionn is passionate about the technology’s ability to reveal untapped revenue streams for businesses, developers and people working in the creative industry. He lives by a ‘can do’ attitude, striving to help businesses grow using the KITE platform.
